About Me

I'm a Senior Systems Administrator based in Houston, TX, moving deeper into IAM engineering and DevOps automation. Over 10+ years in IT operations — including four years in the U.S. Army as an IT specialist — I've found the same pattern everywhere I've worked: find the painful manual process, engineer it out of existence, and leave behind automation, monitoring, and documentation that scale. As service owner for the identity stack and SaaS portfolio behind 650 employees at HCSS, I've built in-house automation that replaced paid SaaS appliances, run production infrastructure changes with zero downtime, and stood up production LLM workloads on Vertex AI, Bedrock, and Azure AI Foundry. Outside of work, I build native macOS tooling and developer utilities — proof that I stay hands-on with code and systems, not just process. Open to senior roles in IAM engineering, DevOps, platform & cloud operations, and infrastructure automation — Houston or remote.
